About This Role
HeitechSoft is seeking an innovative AI-First Creative & Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and help shape the future of AI-driven campaign creation. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and creative marketing, using cutting-edge generative AI tools alongside traditional design and video software to produce compelling marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience with emerging AI technologies while contributing directly to HeitechSoft's marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with our team to conceptualize, create, and optimize campaigns that leverage AI for speed, scale, and creativity.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns using a combination of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, AI image generation, AI video generation) and traditional creative software
Generate creative copy, visual concepts, and video assets using generative AI tools, with a focus on efficiency and brand alignment
Design and edit marketing materials in Photoshop, including social media graphics, banners, and promotional assets
Edit and produce video content using DaVinci Resolve, incorporating AI-generated footage and effects
Collaborate with AI agents and automation workflows to streamline campaign production and testing
Assist in campaign performance analysis and iterate on creative based on data and feedback
Document workflows and best practices for AI-powered creative production
Support the team with research, brainstorming, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant field (marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, computer science, or equivalent)
Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI tools and a willingness to learn new generative AI platforms
Basic proficiency in at least one of: Photoshop, video editing software, or design tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and ability to brainstorm original marketing concepts
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio or examples of past creative work (campaigns, designs, videos, or writing samples)
Familiarity with marketing fundamentals (target audiences, campaign objectives, brand messaging)
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other large language models
- Experience with AI image generation tools (DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or other professional video editing software
- Hands-on experience with Photoshop or similar design software
- Understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics
- Experience with social media marketing or content calendars
- Familiarity with automation tools or no-code workflows
- Experience in tech or SaaS marketing
